Sterling silver magnetic clasp.
8mm round disk-shape.
This clasp is offered for those that prefer to have an easy way to put on and take off a bracelet or necklace. It is a strong magnet and is removed by grasping close to the clasp and pulling apart. It may not be quite as secure as my other clasps but I offer it here as an alternative. With normal wear it should keep your bracelet secure.
The image of the two bracelets is an example of what it will look like on my bracelets. (See lower right side of the bracelets, at approx. 5 o’clock)
If you own jewelry that I have created and would like this clasp to replace the clasp on your bracelet or necklace, you will need to send the item to me for clasp replacement. See below for additional info.

Description

This clasp is an option to replace most of my other clasps. The cost is for me to use on an item you purchase at the same time or if you want me to replace the clasp on one of my designs that you already own. You will need to send me your jewelry for me to replace with this magnetic clasp. The cost will include any other adjustments needed to maintain the length.
This can be used on most any bracelet or necklace I make, but will not work for the “Choker Collection”.

If you use one of my Linked Bracelets with a “Transformation Cord” to wear as a necklace, you would need to have the transformation cord clasp changed to the magnetic clasp also, to continue wearing it that way. Contact me if you have any questions.

I recently purchased a bracelet from Betty with the magnetic clasp. It is so easy to put the bracelet on and the clasp is super strong. I don’t worry about it falling off at all. The clasp blends in well with the design of the bracelet. All my future bracelet purchases from Betty will have the magnetic clasp.
